Applications for Free & Reduced Meals

 Breakfast and lunch is served at all five schools. Your student must have a current (2016-2017) approved application on file to receive meals at a reduced price or no charge. You must reapply each new school year. You may receive a paper 2016-2017 application by mailor download an application from the link below.  Applications are also available in your school office and at the district office. You may download and print a copy of the 2016-2017 application by clicking the links below.

Money for breakfast and lunch may be turned in to the school offices anytime throughout the school year and it will be credited to the student's account.

Meal Modification Information

Requirements for meal modification requests through food service vary depending on whether a student has a disability or whether it is a food allergy or intolerance that does not rise to the level of a disability. FoodService will make meal modifications prescribed by a licensed physician when a student has a disability. (See the definition of disability on the meal modification form). When a student has a food allergy or intolerance, or other medical condition that does not rise to the level of a disability, food service has the option of making a meal modification requested by a medical authorityMeal modifications will continue until the licensed physician or medical authority requests that it be changed or stopped (Form 19-C). Start your day right! Join us for Breakfast!

Students are now offered more fruit choices and whole grains at breakfast! To make it a complete breakfast students must select at least a ½ cup of fruit at breakfast.
