Mrs. Hodson’s last block students report to Mrs. Britt’s room #104.

If you turned in a LONE Ranger application, please plan on attending a meeting in the auditorium Thursday at 7:30 in the morning.

The FIRST day of driver education classes will be AT the High school cafeteria.  It will return to the MS for the rest of the course following that day.
There will be a short volleyball meeting for all players planning to play in the fall to discuss summer activities Wednesday, May 17 at 3:05 in coach Jantz’s room.

Tennis get together for all tennis players Thursday at 4 pm at coach Jantz’s house - we will give out awards and letters and celebrate a great year. 
Students…. all library materials were suppose to be returned last week. Items not returned are presumed lost and you will be charged a replacement cost. You can avoid these fees by returning your items immediately. 
Attention SPURS Members!
Please let Mrs. Dutt know if you are interested in serving as a SPURS officer for 2017-18 school year.
You must have been active in SPURS at least one year to be considered to serve as an officer.
Art students need to come pick up their art show pieces.  If you would like to purchase your frame please stop by the art room to see how much it is.  If you took your NCKL Art Show ribbons home, could you let Mrs. Britt know that you have them.  
Sports Physicals will be held on Wednesday May 24—that is the week after school gets out.  They will be at Memorial Hospital’s Heartland Healthcare Clinic from 6-8 pm.  Cost is $10 cash only.  No checks, no insurance will be filed.  Forms will be available in the school office.  You will need to have the front [age completely filled out, and all of the signature pages completed before being allowed to get in line that evening.  If you are planning on participating in any sport—we strongly suggest taking advantage of this opportunity.  
There is no lunch served on the last day of school, except for a sack lunch.  If you want a sack lunch, you must let the office know by next Thursday, May 18.  
Any girls interested in playing tennis next year need to stop by Coach Berry’s room after school today for a short meeting.  If you’re unable to attend, make sure to stop by and pick up some important information.  
Cowboy golfers had the best round of the year yesterday to finish 4th at Regional.
Justin Deters qualified for STATE shooting an 82.  Anthony Haug shot 84, Cody Jiles 87, Nick Brooks 87.
Abilene's Victorian Inn Bed and Breakfast is now accepting applications for the season. If you are detail oriented and dependable, can follow direction and willing to learn, this is a great opportunity for you. Must be 16 years or older. This is a cleaning position and we will train the right person. Part time hours 11-4pm.

McKenna Scott and Gia Laurin are hosting a blood drive next Wednesday, May 24th from 1- 6.  If you would like to donate there is a sign up outside Mrs. Burton’s room.  If you are sixteen and need a permission slip to get signed, please stop by to pick one up from Mrs. Burton today.  You can return it to her by the end of the week and she will have it at the drive for you.
